The options below are different ways of being supported alongside the work, whether through community, shared practice, or more contained individual support.

  • The Nothing Pretty community is the primary space for this work.

    It offers ongoing embodied practice, nervous system education, reflection, and shared rhythm, supporting slow, honest change without pressure or performance.

    This space is for women who want continuity rather than quick fixes, and a place to return to themselves over time.

    One-to-one sessions are available for women who want more contained, individual support alongside the shared practice.

    These sessions are not about fixing or pushing forward, but about slowing down, working with patterns as they arise, and restoring choice in real time.

    Yoga and movement are used here as tools for embodiment and nervous system regulation, not performance or achievement.

    Offerings may include individual sessions, small groups, or contextual movement support — always in service of awareness and integration, rather than progression or intensity.
